1)  ADMIN ASSISTANT

      Job Description:

  • Perform and manage company’s general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Provide support to sales and business team
  • Assist in daily operation to ensure smooth and efficient operation in the office
  • Generate reports

     Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience will be an advantage, however interns are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of office tools and equipment (i.e. printer, fax machines, projector etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


2) SALES EXECUTIVES

     Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain new & existing customer’s accounts and expansion of existing market share
  • Familiar with products in respective region and prospects
  • Maintain good relationship with customers through propositions and ethical sales method, prompt after sales services to optimize quality of services at every touch point in order to maintain high customer satisfaction level in enhancing future business growth
  • To ensure timely collection of payment
  • Keep abreast of market development and competitor action, provide feedback to management

     Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma equivalent or SPM with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in any fields. However, Fresh Graduates and Interns are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, resourceful, good interpersonal & negotiation skills, ability to learn and work independently and result oriented
  • Must be a team player, ambitious and aggressive with positive working attitude and pleasant personality.

3) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

      Job Description:

  • Perform market survey, compile and analyze data, and provide market intelligent to management in order to identify business development opportunities and develop strategies and business plan for business growth
  • Assist in executing and implementing the sales & marketing plan to meet the company objectives.
  • Responsible to coordinate and facilitate marketing events (offline and online)
  • Responsible to coordinate and facilitate onsite operations during exhibition events in addition to generate and deliver sales target in exhibition booth and sponsorship sales.
  • Prepare proposal, presentation and attend meeting in preparation of prospecting potential customers.
  • Facilitate Workshops and trainings
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by management

      Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience with at least 2-3 years in any fields. However, Fresh Graduates and Interns are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in English is a must. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.

4) SOFTWARE ENGINEER

      Job Description:

  • Design, develop and testing web application according to specification for the online platform
  • Maintain web and mobile system application and fix bugs for the online platform within non-productive time (NPT)
  • Perform periodical maintenance includes:
  1. Daily Database backup/log and Archive
  2. Bug fixing arise from the system defect
  • CPU/Memory Usage Monitoring & Storage Allocation
  1. Web server log analysis, fixes, backup & archive
  2. View Application logs for silent warning/errors for future fixes
  3. Patch Server OS for security & performance
  • Hardware related error and fixes
  • Morning system audits for possible hacks and prevention measures
  • Maintain and update System Documentation

      Requirements:

  • Must have good web development knowledge
  • Well versed with Ionic Framework for Mobile and Web, Angular JS & Vanilla JS for Mobile and Web, Node J5 for API, UI/UX Design, PHP Database related page functions and MySQL Database.  

 

5) SALES COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Job Description:

  • Attending to inquiries and complaints (telephone and email) from prospective and existing customers, solving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining accuracy of database.
  • Manage customers to drive greater business value
  • Provide feedback promptly and accurately to marketing and sales team
  • Provide feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions in order to scale our business

      Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in customer service/call-centre/telemarketing environment will be an advantage, however Fresh Graduates or Interns are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are desirable.
  • Must be a team player, ambitious and aggressive with positive working attitude, customer first mindset and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, facilitation, and negotiating skills
  • Strong customer management skills, and demonstrated ability to work through difficult conversation and handling customer’s enquiries and complaints.

 

6)   CREATIVE DESIGNER

      Job Description:

  • Conceptualize, design and maintain new and existing marketing material for customers’ and company’s products
  • Conceptualize, design and maintain new and existing websides
  • Responsible to support sales team in preparing proposal and conceptual design drawing
  • Produce creative copywriting for advertisement and marketing communication needs
  • Plan, develop and execute advertising campaigns (online and offline) for both customers and company.
  • Develop written content for marketing & promotional collaterals, advertisement, website, brochures, point of sale materials, printed/electronic form for social media platform (online and offline) e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., as and when required, for both customers and company.
  • Design, maintain and update Company’s website, as and when required.
  • Lead marketing events as in-house photographer and journalist (offline and online)

     Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Creative Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Design, Mass Communication or relevant field with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Ability to create new thinking idea, innovative, creative and graphic concepts
  • Passion in brand building and creativity are required for this role.
  • Strong skills and knowledge in online marketing, website maintenance, branding, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable.
  • Well versed with UI/UX Design, Photoshop or photo editing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication in English and Mandarin. Ability to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, good interpersonal & negotiation skills, ability to learn and work independently and result oriented
  • Must be a team player, ambitious and aggressive with positive working attitude and pleasant personality.
 

7)  INTERNSHIP 

     Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • 5 Internship positions for duration of 3-6 months
